New Endurance LED luminaire is for hazardous areas — particularly offshore — to meet low-energy, high-efficiency, and environmental lighting demands in explosive atmospheres.

The self-contained luminaires replace traditional fluorescent lighting. They feature high-power LEDs in a sealed package with constant current 700mA driver circuit for use on global mains supplies and additional low level emergency supplies. The lighting meets a number of IP68, salt spray, vibration, and storage temperature requirements. These include Zone 1 and Zone 21 to EN 60079-0:2009, EN 60079-5:2007, EN 60079-7:2007, EN 60079-18:2009, and EN 60079-31:2009. Endurance is ATEX classified Group 11 Category 2 GD.
