AV919 safety valves are newly developed to protect against gas overpressure with “almost 1000-m3 blow-off volume.”
A smaller AV619 consistently blows-off unwanted overpressure in a very low 5 to 500-mbar range. The larger AV919 also handles low setting pressures. It keeps a blow-off volume 10-times greater at 967 m3/h under control.
Opening pressure, still compact despite being around 90 x 170-mm larger, is set at the factory. The manufacturer can provide a TÜV test on request.
The component, weighing about 1500 g, can be used with all technical gases in a range of -40° to +300°C.
