This new mobile lubrication system stores and dispenses lubricants, cutting oils, bearing oils, hydraulic fluids, transmission fluids, or engine oils throughout large plants at multiple locations.

Delivered on a pallet, the systems can be placed by a forklift in the bed of a heavy-duty pickup truck to go anywhere. They include two 50-gal and two 25-gal steel containers with PVC sight gauges. Air-operated piston pumps atop each container provide 5:1 pumping ratio. Filters on each container side remove any dirt or small particles. A ball valve manifold attached to the compressor in the center of the system allows you to turn-on one, two, or all four pumps at any given time. Startup is quick and easy with on-board gas-operated air compressor.

At the system’s dispensing end, retractable hose reels with metered dispensing control handles show how much fluid has been dispensed. A large tool box with cabinets is placed underneath the reels for convenient tools, greases, and rags storage.
