Transporter Oilfield Fracturing Hoses are on the market to withstand extended exposure to abrasive, harsh drilling work conditions.

They feature heavy-duty construction: tube and cover are of special compound with high abrasion, oil, and water resistance plus four high-strength synthetic cord plies reinforcement.

Transporters come in 3 and 4-in. ID along with outside diameters of 3.78-in. ±0.06-in. and 4.78-in. ±0.06 in. Specs include 400 psig wp, 600 psig proof pressure when coupled and 1,600 psig minimum burst with 4:1 safety factor for function over -25° to +200°F. Service capabilities include 98% water and sand mixtures, crude oil, and oil slurries for frac tank connections.
