Eliminate paraffin blockage and hydrate plugs with paraffin prevention and elimination tools. The inline tubing heater integrates into any piping system to provide a permanent heat source directly in offshore or onshore production strands, flow lines, field lines, or pipelines. The annulus heater design can also be employed bottomhole at perforations, or anywhere in the annulus that fluid exists.
Heaters are customized to your specifications. They are powered by 480-v, 3-phase and comprise a flow meter and temperature sensor for dual automatic safety shut-off. Components are monitored by a single multi-function computer panel board.
