Pump-friendly flow meters fit tight plant retrofits
V2 System Flow Meters install in close proximity to pumps in crowded plant retrofit projects. They reduce up to 70% the straight-pipe runs required by other meters, declares the manufacturer. V2 operates over a wide 10:1 flow range with low head loss. It supports 4 to greater than 18 in. line sizes. Meter accuracy is ±1% over a 40 to 7,500-gpm flow rate, depending on line size. V2 is designed to be especially applicable in plant water intake systems, cooling water lines, wastewater effluent treatment lines, filter galleries, and recycled water management.
