API 6A valves & flanges, casing products, wellhead assemblies

This 18-page API 6A Catalog illustrates, describes, and fully specifies a complete line of pressure products.

It gives a full page of material specifications for API 6A valves including those for general non, slightly, and moderately corrosive as well as sour non, slightly, and highly corrosive. Sour moderately and highly corrosive H2S valve specs are presented along with those for API Class HH high corrosion.

Highlighted are API 6 gate valves that are API Q1 and ISO9001 approved and certified. They comprise forged body and bonnet, metal-to-metal body/bonnet seal, plus metal-to-metal back seal that can be energized regardless of gate position. S-10 and S-22 slab gate valves are presented for wellheads, production trees, and manifolds with wp at or below 5,000 psi. Slab gates are also covered for high pressure, critical service between 3,000 and 20,000 psi. Expanding gate valves are bidirectional with a preferred sealing side valve.

Complete wellhead assemblies are showcased as built to order. Complete tree quotes are based on minimum temperature class, minimum material class, minimum PSL, and minimum PR. Casing spools, casing heads, TCM tubing heads, casing hangers, tubing head adapter flanges, bottom hole test adapters, plus studded crosses and tees are also presented.
