BERMAD 400 Y Fire Protection Torrent Valves are designed to comply with the most demanding standards.

Designed specifically for flow control of all advanced fire protection systems, 400Y accommodates fire-water supplies, foam solution, seawater, foam concentrate, or other corrosive liquids.

Models are applicable over a wide range of specifications and hazardous locations. They are certified and approved to the latest fire protection standards.

The control valve's hydrodynamic Y-shape provides very high flow capabilities with minimal head loss. It comprises straight through Y-body with an unobstructed flow path free of any supporting cage, in-line ribs, or shafts.

Quick in-line inspection and service are accomplished via detachable cover. The elastomeric assembly is easily removed without taking the valve out of the line or removing its trim.
