Designed to enhance pipeline protection, LS2000 Line-of-sight Infrared Gas Detectors provide continuous combustible hydrocarbon gas concentrations monitoring between two points from 5 up to 120 m apart.

Their 60% improvement in optical field-of-view over previous technology detectors is declared to offer significantly improved performance in such harsh environmental conditions as fog and extreme heat or cold at vibration-prone sites over -55° to +75°C.
